Looking at some trailers, seeing
H = Material which has been determined to be unserviceable and does not meet repair criteria. X = Property has some value in excess of its basic material content, but repair or rehabilitation and/or uneconomical.
and
F = Economically reparable material which requires repair, overhaul, or reconditioning. Includes reparable items.
How accurate is this? They seem to be in good enough condition in the pictures.
Are these just Military codes whether it's worth for them to fix it or not?
Thanks!!
