Grease on inside of front wheels

Hi, on my first ever 923 which I just got, I have quite a bit of grease on the inside of the front driver wheel. There is also some on the passenger side. But not as much. Is this normal or do I have a bad seal? Attached a picture.

The zippered boot is split or has a hole in it and needs replaced and maybe needs a new inter axle seal .

Zipper boot. On my third set. Other than the mess it isn't a big deal. Mine has been bad and leaking for over a year. I will swap mine out again.....eventually
