Pulled my passenger seat yesterday and noticed that the grommets that go in the punched out holes in the cab floor for the cables to the slave connector had no rubber left in them. They appear to be a combination metal/rubber insert but all the rubber had rotted. No serious chafe yet but long term could cause some serious excitement for the passenger if a dead short occured  Good item to check out.

I found a cable like that where the cables go thru the frame behind the battery box. It was a B+ cable  , grommet had disappeared, later found it down the cable toward the starter. Also check at the starter, the B+ cable rubs on the frame on mine there too.
