here yall go this is a engine emission sticker on an 1986 m1028 the engine advertised Horse power is only 145 hp at 3600 rpms thats a J code diesel everyone i spoke to said the 6.2 in the military trucks had 155hp

Not sure but maybe the 155 HP engines were the 6.5s.

I just referred to my trusty TM 9-2320-289-10 for technical data on the 6.2 in the CUCV. TM rates it at 135 HP on all models.
