Head gasket questions

Would anyone have a head bolt wrench that I could borrow or rent as I have a small leak of oil down the back of my motor from where the head meets the block small but annoying. 2 local mechanics suggested re-torquing the head bolts to see if that stops the leak if not I will be throwing in some new head gaskets. also TD head torque is 157 ft lbs.
and intake clearence .015 exhaust .025

I didn't know there was a special wrench. That means I don't have one, yet.
