Headlight grounding?

Im having an issue with some 24 v LED headlights. the drivers side works fine on HIs and LOs but the other one wont turn on at all. I also swapped out the marker lights that had the ground on them. These just have a little metal ring on one of the screw holes and I'm not sure how that would be a good ground. Would a bad ground keep that headlight from working? Also, I should mention that neither side marker or blinker works either, Completely dead. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The frames on these cars frequently do not ground.

what I did for my LEDs is I wired them into my highbeam both power and ground. I can’t envision a time when I would use the LED without the highbeam off-road. I have a switch that will keep the LEDs from coming on during routine driving on the road.

Every light has a ground wire, none are grounded through the body or frame
