headlight issues

We keep burning out the low beam on the drivers side headlight. Installing a new headlight lasts about 2hrs before it burns out. Any insight?

Measure the voltage?

That is a lot easier than actually doing work.

when tested it was between 23 and 26 volts

And the grounds NG or lamps are NG or wires are hooked up NG.
Is the Dimmer swith NG or the main lamp switch NG?
What does it say in the TM troubleshooting for 931A2?
Try TM 9-2320-272-272-24-1

That will be an earthing fault.
