Headlight low beams keep blowing

Keep blowing low beams, I have the wires connected correctly but after driving for about 5-10 minutes headlight low beams blow. Still have highbeams. What can I check?

what headlights are you using? Are they 24v?

And check the alternator output. Loose earths (grounds). And or connections. Including batteries.

It sounds like a ground issue to me as well. This was the first issue that I tackled in my '84 M1009 upon purchase. Same condition... 5-10 minutes in they went pop. Cleaned up all of the ground points as none looked too great and replaced the negative battery terminal cable. No issue since. Good luck.

Thank you guys, I will try to clean up grounds and update for future users. These are 24v bulbs
