Headlight rubber mount

One of my head light rubber mounts is broken and needs to be replaced, Are they commonly available or is there a good glue to fix the rubber?

I got new ones from mcmaster when I flipped my lights

is that attached directly to the bucket? if so I think I have an extra bucket w/ them sitll on will check when I get home.

I have seen these type of "isolators" used in many commercial vehicle as well as HVAC applications. Most will have a bolt sticking out of each side. They are used a lot on electrical panels on equipment that has a high vibration factor. These same type of connectors hold the control panel on my brothers tree grinder.

I have several parts trucks I guess I need to check these out and see if the connectors are good. I'll do that this summer!
