Help with heater unit - brown mud
I bought a used heater unit from an M35a3 with everything to install, or supposed to. I noticed that at the point where the hoses connect to the heater core is a brown mud looking substance as seen in the pictures. It is not plugged off but is a gathering, and the slight amount of coolant that did not drain prior to shipping appears to be brown. I hope I did not get ripped off. I was going to try to flush it but was not sure if that is appropriate and worth the time. If I do and water flows through it am I likely alright?![ImageUploadedByTapatalk1372110651.422287.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1372110651.422287.jpg](https://www.steelsoldiers.com/data/attachments/299/299656-874113b551eeb894053585fe09a2c665.jpg)
