Help identify this trailer

I saw this trailer up for auction today. Anyone know what it is? It has a hydraulic pump handle in front that seems to raise and lower the axle.

That's an interesting looking unit. Though at that size wonder why it would need a hieght altering hydraulic system.

I should have got more pictures. It looked like it the hydraulics were connected to the rear end of the leaf springs and it also didn't have any taillights or electrical.

Could be a dump box.

Looks pretty commercial to me with the spoke wagon wheels. I wonder what's in the bed by the wheel. It looks like a wheel well, but the wheels are outboard.
