Help needed, can't get fuel to IP bleeder screw on my 923 A2

Just changed the canister fuel filter on my 923 A2 now can't get fuel out of IP bleeder screw. I've pumped the lift pump at least 500 times, the only thing I got was some air bubbles here and there. Can someone help..........Thanks.....
