Help with am-598u cables

I need help with some of the cable numbers for my AM-598U

1. Power cable from MX-7777 to the AM-598U
2. From RCVR on the AM-598U to the AUDIO on the PRC-10
3. From the AUX ANT to the base of my truck mount ANT picture below.
4. What power cable can I use from my MX-7777 to the batteries.
