Several companies made aftermarket bodies for military trucks. Wittenburg motor company was one that made them for m37s, but they were all kind of similar looking so I couldn't tell the difference.

That type cab/hood was often used on M37's converted to diesel power (civilian post-military use).

Not the most attractive, but still pretty cool, and in my opinion could probably be visually improved by adding some M37 detail parts around the lights, etc.
Hood hinges at bottom front.
