Help with my M416.

I need some help with my M416. The ID plate has what looks to be "CEMSCO, DIVISION OF ET8 HOKIN CORP" Wlmington California in the Manufactured by line. It is #4383 and has a delivery date of 10/67. I undrstand Stevens was the main manufacturer of the M416s. Is this a part of Stevens or a company that I have not seen listed anywhere before? The small plate on the right side US Army in all three locations.

I still have not been able to find any thing on Hokin Corp, I quess they are one of the other companys that made a few of the M416s

You got it. Stevens was not the only company to make the -416.
