Personally, I like to do CAD designs and I would enjoy seeing a measured drawing with a cross sectionI can easily translate into my CAD software. Ditto for the 5-Ton front drive axles, which, now that I think about it, measured drawings of the 5-Ton axles are the original reason I joined SS in the first place.

I am searching high and low to find dimensions for the HEMTT rims.
I know they are 20"X10"
But I would like to find out
-available backspacing
-weight
-outer bolt counts (10, 12, 16 I think)

If any one has pics of the different wheels or a link to a spread sheet that would be great.

Thanks

Thanks for the info.
Are the HEMTT wheels only available in one backspacing?

dose anyone know what this wheel might be off of, and and dimensions of it? (weight, backspacing, load capacity, lug circle, centre hole size)

They are a factory 5 ton wheel,May be off the 900 series but not sure.
Dimensions:
20"x10"
11-1/4"" bolt circle(common on all, 5tons)
8-3/4" center hole
11-3/8" back spacing
appox 130/140#s(just a guess)
10 bolts that hold the two piece rim together, 5/8" studs
rim thickness at bolt holes is 3/8" thick so you don't need longer studs.
Rim can be mounted both ways , front facing outward or inward.Lug holes are tapered on both sides.

If you go to ebay.com and type "military wheels" you will sometimes get quite a varity
of wheels. I have seen wheels on there with different back spacing but I am not sure if they are hemmt wheels.

Are the HEMTT rims also reversible?
