Wow this is an old post. That looks like Desert Storm and when we were running up to the Euphraties we stopped for nothing except Soldiers so the turned turtle truck would have been game for spare parts on the guys running by especially the maintenance teams. The waste I saw there made me sick and it appears we barely learned the lessons today.
