Newbie here with a question. Does anyone have any experience with the HGR5-8M-1 air compressor? I have a 1958 model Champion Pneumatic compressor that I have been using in my shop for 30 years with no problems. It is powered by a 5 HP electric motor. What problems would I run into by switching a gas powered compressor to electric power? Any help is appreciated.

There shouldn;t be any problems. Just make sure the RPM's are the same. The output you're use to could change.
