I fly into Hickory from time to time (family in Blowing Rock) and have seen the planes out on the tarmac - but never knew it there was a museum there!

tj, it is good little museum, only been open for about 3 years, but has some neat little displays. it is free, so check it out. on a good day you can sit in the F-4, A-7, and the chopped, F-14 cockpits.
