My duce has gone from 1000 rpm to 1500 rpm @ idle.
I have not changed anything.
What is the correct way to get the idle down to 800-1000 rpm ?
do i have to adjust the linkage or is there a setting on the
fuel pump. If the solution is in the manual please tell me where ?

Take the linkage off of the throttle lever to make sure it's going back to idle. Could just be a sticky linkage part.

Search for......Engine Idle Speed - How is it adjusted? in the forum it should help. I would take WillWagners advise first before you adjust the idle.
