Vintage 2 1/2 ton dumps that I have found list the model as D-D-54, this is from 1966. They seem to have come orig with the 427 and had horizontal exh. All components other then engine look exactly like M342A2. Does anyone know about this ?

Redneck, I can't make out the NSN. If you can get me that, I can do a little checking into it. the D-D-54 escapes me but weirder things have happened. Post that NSN when you can.

The numbers on this truck's data plate (as best as I can make out) are:
DA20-113-AMC-07241(t)
MFG/No 0223 10114
S/N 4J5643
Kaiser Jeep Corp
I have a pic of a sister truck's data plate which reads:
2320-07 (incomplete)
MFG/NO 0223 10197
S/N 4J6430
DA20-113-AMC (incomplete)
I gues I can't attach to this quick reply, will have to try otherwise
