You may want to install the damper with the rod facing down, and the cylinder on the upper part to get more life out of the dampers... That should keep the seals wet and the rod lubricated. IMHO
Other than that, outstanding workmanship.

Just the driver's side or one on both sides?

Just one side. Could have done both sides but one side helps enough for a weakling like me.
