HMMWV M1151a1 turret

Im trying to install back on my M1151 the turrets hatch, my main goal if posible just to instal the factory hatch to open and close only, what parts do i need besides the hatch itself? Ill add pics of what my truck has currently.
i see on ebay for sale parts for the turret for sale like turret reinforcement plate, turret tray? And all different, what do i need just to have a working hatch. Not a working turret.

Looks like you already have the roof adapter, thats a hard to find item.

If you want a full rotating turret, you need about 5K in parts. Bearing, gear ring, tray, hatch, etc.

If you want a non-rotating hatch that opens and closes, you will need to fabricate it yourself. I would either build something from scratch, or start out with an aluminum close-out panel and modify it. You can get them from MAC motors at a reasonable price.

A turret tray that you find on ebay or otherwise will not bolt on your roof without a bearing. In theory you could get a turret tray and drill holes in it to fit the roof, but they are hardened steel so good luck with that!
