HMMWV, up-armored, No headlights

No headlights on my HMMWV. Replaced 3-lever light switch with new one. The old one was broken even before I knew the headlights didn't work. All other lights work. All connections look good.
Found this out late in the day and have not had time to check hot wires or grounds. Also haven't had time to see if both headlights are good.
Before I do these things, my question is: Am I missing something, circuit breakers, fuses, re-set buttons, etc.?
Many thanks!

Your on the right track. Check the hot wires check the grounds. If the HMMWV follows conventional MV wiring there is a circ breaker in the light switch. The -20 manual should give you step by step troubleshooting of the lighting system.

You say "a new one"... A new 3 lever, or a digital one? The digital ones suck. no fuses/CBs in the headlight circuit, that's all inside the light switch.
