After a year of looking and reading and some more reading, I finally won one! a 1971 AM General WoW, soft top, 21900 miles. Don't have pictures though, will have to wait to pick it up. Time to break the news to the wife.

I got one from Ft Carson. This one is missing some parts, like everything else I get from there. O well, It seems like a good starting point with good tires, good bed, hardtop, etc...

Usually you can tell by the exhausts. That first truck does look like it's not a turbo going by the looks of the exhaust in the picture, or maybe it's just the picture. Or they added a turbo and didn't change out the exhaust, which would be pointless because would be restricting exhaust a lot. Second truck obviously can't tell because wrong side shot of truck and no exhaust... (maybe it's an old gasser and the exhaust is along the frame rail and in between rear axles hehe jp you can see the multi-fuel engine in picture dont worry )
