Homebrew Deuce Headache Rack

a few observations...
A hiab 950 is probably more than a ragged skidsteer can safley handle
The M44 series rides like crap as a cab and chassis
I am tired
I'll probably start a seperate thread on the crane in a few days.

Do you have any of the mounting hardware, rods, spacers etc?

So the way to find a crane for cheap is to build a headache rack and then one will show up?

the crane was actually mounted to a short section of truck frame welded to a universal skidsteer mount. When I got there they were very close to crushing the skidsteer with the crane (one side of the mount had come free from the skidteer mount)

I have 8 rods/with nuts
I will need to make the spacers (got your camera ready?)
I will need to put togeher a hook/swivel (this one is awol... still have your camera out?)

So it is a dual piston lift for the main boom? What is the capacity and reach?
