Horn button question

This item, 2530-01-136-1098, was sold on ebay a few weeks ago, I saved the picture, which I believe is of the item in question, can someone tell me more about it, is it an upgrade to the original switch assy, is it waterproof and is it a drop-in replacement?
I think Saturn also sells them.

This is the late model button. It requires a long pig tail to connect at the front of the steering box and the rubber donut on the steering wheel.

Yep...that's correct. I have this one on my truck. My only issues have been rust between the housing of the button and the steering column will hinder it's function. I have also had the pig tail get caught up and tear loose down by the steering box. Some one told me there is another button that looks just like this one but it won't fit the deuce. I'm not sure what he said it went on. Gama maybe??

The M151 kits were the first to use the small button to the best of my knowledge, but the concept was first noted by me on the M135 series.

I have this same button, but lately I've been having trouble with my horn just going off whenever it feels like it. I think there is a ground in the wire from the button to the horn solenoid, but I have yet to find it. With Aberdeen coming up, I may just run a new wire, after I take the steering column apart, as I found out you don't start pulling out the old wire until you've tied a new one or string on the other end.

I might just run an air hose and mount my steam whistle to the convoy lights...
