Horn issues

Does anyone knows where to find the part on the steering column that the horn wires plug into. I’m going to assume that it is a relay of some sort.

What's the problem your trying to fix with the horn.

Just curious, did you try turning on the brake lights using the 3 position light switch? I know my truck does not enable the horn if the light switch is off.

Exactly that's what I was thinking too. But it would be nice to find out what his problem is
