How do you embed video??

I'm usually pretty good at figuring these things out. This one has got me a little stumped. Please give guidance. Thanks in advance.

copy and paste the URL in the message box. Like so....

IS this without clicking on anything else? Just past the URL in the message will do it? Do not use the insert link button?

Yep, Just copy the URL or what ever you call that at the top of the page that says http://www..................... Then go into your post and paste that in the message box.

Just tried that. Guess either I am too dumb or my pc is all it did was post the link and no video. So I deleted and left the other links there at least they can be clicked on to view.

Hmmm. tbearatkin, dont know what to tell you. I went to that thread, clicked on your link and it took me to youtube. I then proceeded to just copy the http://www.youtube.com/watch..(and so on)........ And then came back to this thread and pasted it in the reply message box and the embeded video shows up. Im not that computer savy. I wonder if theres something in some user settings in your user cp that are set differently than mine.

Try checking the box next to the Use Goldbrick media options in the Goldbrick Media Options box. Then do a preview to see what you get.
