Did a search but could not find the answer. How do you engage the front wheel drive? Looking at a 1952 CCKW and will need the front drive. Is it full time? sprag? lever?
Thanks

Should be one of the levers to the right of the shifter. One engages the 4X4
and the other is 4H/Nuetral/Lo range. Unless your looking at one without the front axle, (CCW), those levers should be there.

A "sprag" clutch should not be a deterrent factor if it's in good shape. The front axle is disengaged during 99+% of operations anyway, and the t-case is never engaged/disengaged while the vehicle is in motion, so it shouldn't be a problem at all. If the truck meets your requirements in all other areas, why turn it down for that?
