How long is the time out feature?

I've search and can not find out how long before the time out logs you out? Problem I'm having is that every now and then while I'm typing in a response to the system logs me out.

Not a big deal just login again but what is annoying is that you loose your unread threads list, is there a difference between quick response and full editor?

Just knowing the length of the time out clock would help.

There is no such auto "time-out" / log-out timer.

Sounds like that is a problem on your end, with your server timing out?

Also make sure you tick the 'keep me signed in' box. that should help.

If he's not clicking the remember me box, then yes there is. 15 minutes.

If he is clicking the box, then his browser isn't retaining cookies correctly. (Erase cookies and try again)
