How to insert a video including the player (youtube)...?

when you upload a video to youtube, to the right of the player on the youtube site they will have two boxes, one with the embedding code (which is what you have above), and the other with the URL link to the video.

I thought there was a setting in your user control panel that needed turned on, but for the life of me I can't find it (It could have been another forum).....So, simply copy and paste the URL link into your post, and the forum software will take care of the rest.
