How to make my 1970 AM General M35A2C whistle?

I am 18 years old and i was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to make my turbo whistle. My dad says if it was meant to whistle it would have been made that way i beg to differ. Any help is appreciated.

If your turbo doesn't ''whistle'' then you most probably have a D turbo. A whistler has a C turbo. You would have to swap out the turbo.
