I have a lds in a deuce. No waste gate, starter is on the passenger side. Deuce air cleaner and it runs good.
:ditto: Mine has a C turbo "whistler" and starter on passenger side. I can't say that it runs better then other Deuces, because I haven't riden in or driven any other Deuce. I am happy with the way it runs though. Doesn't take long to get to 50mph. I would like to know if adding the 5 ton air filter would reduce any smoke and/or add any power.

I had the complete 5 ton multi filter setup that I was going to mount on my pass side of my m109. It has since been stolen, but anyway...

It is HEAVY, say 75lbs at least. Imagine that mounted on your fender, bouncing up and down all the time. Without some extra support for the fender, I would think you would find it coming off in short order.
