how to run 54" tires on 2.5 6x6

Seems like allot of work when a 923 has everything you are wanting, BUT if you have the skills, time, and funds it sounds like a out of this world challenge!

I understand your want, because I've thought about doing the same thing. I loved the end look of what Hotroddeuce did to his. I came very close to putting 53s on the bobbed 4-door I'm doing but decided on 49s for a better mix of big but balanced power/braking. I think it would be cool to have a cummins powered deuce with tandem 53s and power steering but I can tell you from my experiences it will take 100s of man hours. We've probably got 200-250 hours in mine just bobbing it, adding the lift, air assist steering, and 49s. We haven't even started the body yet.

If you decide to do it, go for it knowing what you're doing and take lots of pictures. Just know it will be a major project, cost more than you think, and take much more time than you think.
