I just serviced the hubs on my 06 and was shocked (but not surprised) to find almost no oil in them, loose wheel bearings, backlash way to tight, way to much of the wrong sealant. This truck was serviced by the military just 2600 miles before I got it. Don't assume anything is done or done right on your truck unless you do it yourself. To that end I made a tool to set the gear lash when adjusting the wheel bearings. It reads out directly how thick the shims needed are.
