How many volts should my 93 humvee be charging at an idle speed?

Usually around 28 I believe.

Between 27 and 28, the manual says 27.something, I can't recall the exact spec.

The TM explains how to adjust the regulators (depends on which alternator/generator you have). The 60 amp regulator is a snap to adjust, in my experience.
