Hydraulic Control Manifold breather releasing air

Is it normal for air to rush out of the Hydraulic Control Manifold breather when the cab air bags are activated?

I haven't had working cab air suspension since I got the truck because the passenger side bag had a leak in it. I just replaced the passenger side air bag and set the controls on the hydraulic control manifold to raise the air bags. They seemed to inflate fine, raising the cab by 2-3 inches. But I could hear an air rushing noise and noticed air rushing out of the "filler breather cap" (#5 on the diagram) at the bottom backside of the control manifold. Is it supposed to do that when air bags are inflated? If not what would cause that? My truck has the CTIS system deleted, but not sure if that has anything to do with this.

Should not do that. Sounds like the inflate/deflate valve may have an issue. CTIS is unrelated.

So this ended up being an easy fix. When I went to remove the "CAB" cartridge from the manifold I noticed it was only finger tight. Gave it a good cleaning and checked the o-rings and reinstalled to correct tightness and now no air is leaking from the manifold breather.
