Hydraulic head bolts loosened

Yesterday while driving to a tree job I started getting gassed out of the cab. The diesel fumes were so bad my eyes were watering and my nose was itching. The job site was about an 8 th of a mile away so I drove there. Immediately opened the side panel only to see the whole firewall and side of the motor covered in diesel fuel. After a min or so of looking I found the problem. Both aft nuts on the hydraulic head had come loose. The outboard forward nut was missing. I had my wife bring a few spares out to me. Fixed it in about 10 minutes. Has anyone else had these nuts back off before. I PM my truck every weekend since it's my daily driver. Just never thought to check them before. You can bet I will now though.

Eh...I'm not a fan. It either doesn't bond correctly or if you use too high of a grade it bonds the fastener forever. In some cases heat will break the bond. Problem is, you can't always put a torch to the fastener without damaging something.
