Hi All,

On the HH, there is a bolt in the center of the hi pressure distribution lines,

Can that screw be removed w/o disassembling the whole HH?

I have a fuel leak from that screw and am curious if the seal on that bolt can be replaced w/o major disassembly?

Thx
Marty

No seal there no copper washer no O ring . You can try and remove it and polish both the head and the plug contour with one of those 3M ultrafine pads. Then before install of the plug turn on in tank pump and fuel will come out and push any trash out of threaded hole. Put the plug in maybe with a touch of something / anti size right on where the rounded part of the plug meets the contour of the head and torque to 50 foot pounds and see if it stops the leak.
