Hydraulic systems testing trailer???

I was wondering if any of you have seen a trailer that look like a M101A1 but has a hydraulic testing box fitted on it? I found one and was wondering if they have any use or value. I know it looks cool and has all sorts of storage compartments but other than that I know nothing about it. It also comes with an Enterpac flaring tool. I think the setup is made by American Developments. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yea it look pretty cool! It has a lot of storage areas and I think it could be used for all sorts of things.
