Ended up taking a large rock to the windshield of my M1009 over the weekend. Spidered it pretty good. Called up the insurance co and had the glass guy come over and replace it today.

What a difference! I didn't realize how clouded the old one (original, I think) was. It's like driving a new truck!

Free! I have zero deductible glass coverage. :smile:

The receipt says they billed the Ins. Co. $80.09 for the glass, $30 for new rubber, 13 cents for the mirror bracket, and $88 for labor. Total after tax was $208.47.

I have been quoted a windshield & installation for $120 if I supply my own seal that I already have. So about $150 with the seal since they are $30.
