Looks pre WWII to me. Just from the lines. Side windows remind me of Diamond-T. Hard cab may indicate earlier truck as well.

this prototype Diamond T 644 was built in 1949 as an export model for foreign armies."
this, apparently, was the only one built and the only 4X4 Diamond T ever built also..
