Not a deuce. If is a five ton. M39 series. It is an M51. If could be a gas engine, mack diesel, or a multifuel.

I would say it is a gasser based on no air cleaner on the passenger's side fender.

It was the ski areas "storage" and it had quite a few strange things like the double-decker snack/rest vehicle.M51 5-ton dump truck.

How about the trailer brake controls? Since the bed doesn't seem to match the rest of the truck, it looks like it might have been an M52 tractor at one time.

It is a gasser-there is no engine shut off cable.
M39 series. Ditto to CUCVFAN's comment. I believe dump trucks did not get dual tanks and I think there is a dual tanks switch on the dash.

My M51A2W/W has dual fuel tanks.

Oops, you are right. The 5-ton dumps do have dual tanks, just like the tractors. The deuce dump only has a single tank, right?

It look like the gasser model 5 Ton Dump it does not have the exhaust stack on the right side if it is a gasser the exhaust would be routed along the lower right side and exit back between the dual drive wheels !!

If I'm looking at the box on that WC right, it looks like it would be the M6/WC55 truck that carried the 37 mm gun in the back. Just looking at the strip sticking up above the wheel well.
