Idling Way To Fast

I just changed my radiator, oil coolers, temp sending unit, and fuel. I finally came to start it today and soon when it started, it started idling incredibly fast, like it wanted to kill itself. I instantly shut it down, what should I be checking for? I can't find much in the TMs about this

Check that your throttle lock lever isn't engaged.

also make sure your throttle linkage is properly routed and seated, as you may have inadvertently leaned on something during all the work and pulled a cable out of position or jammed the throttle open or something.

Yep, it was jammed open, now my next task, getting the brake booster and power steering back working, all I have to do is bleed the brakes? The reservoir is full but Im getting 0 power steering and brakes

Nothing to do with bleeding the brakes, you could jack up the front end and try turning the wheel back and forth.

Forgot about that method, that would do the brake booster as well?

The brake booster will take care of itself, never had to mess with it
