If by "Devildog" you mean a US Marine? Then, no. I never had the title of United States Marine. My son on the other hand, does! He makes the fourth generation to serve our great Country in the US Military. I am a former Soldier, US Army type. LOL Yes, I have worked for your brother. I run F plates on the "Raven Deuce" and had no problem getting her titled.
