Inches and milimeters_problems for a M34 Spanish Owener

Hi every body.
In Spain is very dificult found nuts,studs,seals etc in inches but in Milimeters you can found everything.
My truck,M34 is waiting for the engine,but I cant complete it becuse I cant found the back seal for the crankshaft.The old seal have the next dates:

107.9-133.3-12.7

Any idea for found it?.

PD: I am looking for too the trailer brake hand control valve assembly(7368409).Take out is wellcome.

jcd: Seguramente tanto en Saturn como Memphis encuentras vendedores que hablen español! En algunos años más no encontraremos quien entienda inglés!!! Pero en todo el mundo siempre habrá quien hable o al menos entienda el idioma DEUCE!

In the future it might be difficult to find somebody speaking english at the sales counter! But our DEUCE language is international and will be used for a long time!
