Inexpensive gun prop-M4

Went to Walmart, found a package deal for a airsoft M-4 and 1911 hand gun 30.00. Paint Satin black and paint tip RED
Layed it up to the real thing and was (Close enough) to pass muster!

An art deco M4? An M4 is about 50 years too late to be art deco. Art deco is a 1920's and 30's style characterized by precise and boldly delineated geometric shapes and strong colors.

Good job with some low cost pieces to add to your display. I'm sure you're tracking already, but even with the red tips careful with the sheep mistaking your non-firearm display pieces for a actual firearms.

Looks good. I probably would not have painted the tip red but that's just me. Might be nice to put a pair in my Deuce.

I used a different method. I just told the wife that the doors in the HEMTT would look so much better with guns in them, she drives it most of the time. Along comes my 50th birthday and she presents me a pair of M4's and a Barrett M82A3 (USMC spec. M82A1). Didn't cost me a thing and I didn't have to beg for the money.
