Injector Gasket Cross Reference Part Number?

I was going to pull my injectors and have them cleaned and pop tested. I heard this can do wonders on a diesel if they are out of spec or dirty. Does anybody have a Bosch part number (or any other manufacturer) for the copper gasket and maybe the upper seal also? It would be nice to have the parts on hand before i tear into it

page 5-187 states "Tighten 12 screws to 150- to 175 pound-feet".
If you do this be prepared to extract broken bolts out of the block.

I have not found anyone who has the washers....some say just anneal them and reuse them, and some go to the hardware store and find some that just match, and some just reuse them as they are.

Inside Diameter: 0.365 INCHES MINIMUM AND 0.385 INCHES MAXIMUM
Outside Diameter: 0.740 INCHES MINIMUM AND 0.760 INCHES MAXIMUM
Thickness: 0.051 INCHES MINIMUM AND 0.080 INCHES MAXIMUM

"page 5-187 states "Tighten 12 screws to 150- to 175 pound-feet".

This is a misprint, its suppose to read 150-175 "inch/lbs" which comes out to between 12-15 ft/lbs. I went to my local Diesel injection shop for the crush washers, guy took them right out of the bin and gave them to me free!

Save some time. Go to a place that sells Cummind parts. Buy a pail of the injector cleaner. You will need to make the supply and return lines to fit the MF, but that stuff works! I have seen the results. A B series was 30 HP low. All the pressures were good. I ran a bucket through it and it came right up with no other repairs. I have a tub here that I am eventually gonna run through mine.
