Injector Pump Part

Hi All

On the left side of the injector pump is a plastic bolt on part that seems to have two vacuum lines going to it and the bottom of it moves as you accelerate. Can anyone tell me what this part is called as i'm trying to get one but don't seem to be able to find it listed.

The valve shouldn't move at all.

if you look in the free parts manuals, you can find the name and parts number for almost every part of the truck
